In 2009, Deliverance Bethel Ministry International (DBMI) was born, with Apostle George Twumasi Ankrah leading the battle to win more souls for Christ.
Even though the journey according to sources has not been easy, it seems a lot has been achieved within ten years of being in existence.
The church, which started with few close relation congregants, currently boasts of over a thousand members with branches across the country and outside, with its main Headquarters situated at Akyem Tafo in the Abuakwa North municipality of the Eastern Region.
The church currently has 40 branches, of which three are outside the shores of Ghana with the rest scattered across the country.
With a vision of reaching out to the public devoid of one's political, religious, cultural or sexual difference, the church has over the years reached out to a lot of needy and unprivileged in our societies.
Under the good administration of Apostle Twumasi Ankrah, the church has, assisted many brilliant but needy students both at the basic to tertiary levels of our educational calenders as many beneficiaries testified to the reporter.
The church, according to management is expecting to do more in terms of gospel outreach as well as, supporting in the development of livelihood of both congregants and the public at large in the next coming years.
However, as part of the 10th-anniversary celebration, management of the church, under the leadership of its founder, Apostle George Twumasi Ankrah, has invited Bishop Charles Agyin-Asare and his son, Francis Agyin-Asare to its "Supernatural Empowerment Summit" scheduled for 6th-8th November 2019 at DBMI auditorium, Akyem Tafo.
