coach of Black Meteors Ibrahim Tanko has stated that he has identified
positional deficiency in his team set-up, and is so keen on solving it.
The backline of the Black Meteors have been criticized after conceding six goals in four games in the ongoing U24 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
Speaking at the post-match conference, the gaffer admitted to public assertion that there are loopholes in his defensive setup but says he lacks quality to replace them.
"We have a problem in the defense but we don't have the quality to replace them and that is the truth because as you know we lost most of our players," he said.
The former deputy of the Black Stars added that he is keen on solving the problem as soon as possible.
Black Meteors will take on South Africa in the 3rd and 4th positions on Friday, November 22.
